Downloading and Installing the roda putar Mobile App
We host the roda putar app on the Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS). Search for "roda putar" in either store, then tap Install or Get. The download size is approximately 80–120 MB depending on your device and the latest app version. Installation typically completes within subject to verification over a standard mobile internet connection. Once installed, open the app and log in with your roda putar account email and password.
If you do not yet have a roda putar account, the app includes a quick registration flow. Tap "Create Account" on the login screen, enter your email, create a password, and agree to our terms. You will then complete account verification (uploading an identity document) before depositing. First-time verification usually settles within a few hours during business days. Once verified, your account is live across both the app and web browser.
Navigating the Slot Library and Demo Mode
Once logged in, tap the "Games" or "Slots" tab to browse our library. You see a grid of game tiles organized by category: Featured, Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways, and others. To enter a tournament, tap its tile and select "Register." Registration is instant and free; you are then eligible to accumulate points or multipliers during the tournament window. Your leaderboard rank updates live—the app refreshes every minute, showing your current position and the player ahead of you. When the tournament closes, the app locks the leaderboard and displays final rankings and payouts. Prizes settle to your account balance within one business day.
We send push notifications for major events: tournament start reminders, balance change alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and account security notifications. You manage notification frequency in your account settings. If you prefer minimal notifications, disable most categories and leave only critical alerts (account logins, withdrawals) enabled. Notifications work both when the app is open and closed; your phone will buzz even if you are browsing elsewhere.
Mobile Deposits and Withdrawals

Once cleared, the withdrawal initiates on the next business day. E-wallet withdrawals typically arrive within minutes; bank transfers settle by the next day.

Account Settings and Security on Mobile
Access your account settings via the profile icon or settings menu in the app. Here you manage your password, email address, notification preferences, deposit and withdrawal methods, and KYC (know-your-customer) verification status. We recommend updating your password periodically and enabling biometric login (fingerprint or face recognition) if your device supports it. Biometric login is faster than typing your password and equally secure.
If you forget your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We send a reset link to your registered email. Click the link, set a new password, and log back in. Troubleshooting App Issues
If the app crashes or freezes, force-close it and reopen. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → roda putar → Force Stop, then reopen. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and close the app from the app switcher, then reopen. If the issue persists, uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall from the app store. This resolves most cache-related problems.
If your login fails, verify your internet connection is active. Switch between WiFi and mobile data to test both. If you see an "Account Locked" message, we may have detected unusual activity. Check your email for a security alert; follow the instructions to unlock your account. If login still fails after these steps, contact our support team via the app's help widget or by email. Provide your username and the error message you are seeing. Our team typically responds within 2–4 hours during business days.
If a game crashes mid-spin or a tournament entry does not register, the app auto-logs your session state. When you reopen the app, we resume where you left off. If funds were deducted but the spin did not complete, contact support with a screenshot of your account history. We review the transaction and credit your account if the spin failed to settle.
